Marine Corps Officer Programs

Are you ready for the challenge of leading Marines? Not everyone can be a Marine, and not every Marine has what it takes to become a Marine Officer.
Young men and women who join the Marine Corps' ranks right out of high school
enlist in our Corps. Officers, however, usually are college graduates who have completed Officer Candidate School (OCS) - either the Platoon Leaders Class (PLC) or Officer Candidates Course (OCC). The PLC and OCC programs are the most common paths to leading the nation's most elite warriors, and the ability to do so will set you apart from your current peers. Become a Marine Corps Officer and you will never look back - except, maybe, to look at those trying to keep up.
I am looking for young men and women in Central and South Texas, either pursuing or holding an undergraduate degree, and who are seeking a leadership position unlike any other opportunity. Currently, I am conducting informational interviews and accepting applications for OCC (Jan and June '11) and PLC (Summer '11). If this challenge is of interest to you, give me a
call, or simply send me an email. Semper Fidelis, Captain I.G. Martinez
